SARAH BROTHWELL, LMHC
Sarah Brothwell, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor working in private practice in Buffalo, New York. Sarah graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2014. She is a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2014, after receiving her 200hr yoga teacher certification through Kripalu. Her teaching style is infused with wisdom from both eastern and western psychology and places emphasis on mindful awareness of breath, body and emotions. Sarah received her certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through Naropa University in 2021. She is a co-founder of the Western New York Psychedelic Practitioner Collaborative (WNYPPC).
